Tips for Real Estate Online Marketing

Real Estate marketing tips

If your real estate marketing & advertising isn't working as well as you'd like, then this video will explain why and how to fix it.
Of course, you might not like the answer (!) but it is what it is, so the sooner you change your tactics and strategy, the quicker you'll start getting much better results from every dollar and minute spent on promoting yourself as a real estate agent.
BTW, apologies for the slightly unshaven look and noisy background. I wasn't planning on shooting this video then and there. It was something done on the spur of the moment.
Let me know your biggest question about the topic in the comments and I'll answer it ASAP.
PS: For those of you who think video is too hard, this was done entirely on my phone. No extra microphone, no editing on the computer. All done via 2 apps on the phone and then uploaded to Facebook. No excuses! Just get it done

Want to massively INCREASE your listings without spending much or even no extra money?
Try getting a CRM and using it to stay in touch with past clients (sellers AND buyers). Automate the "staying in contact" process so it happens whether you have time or not to do it.
According to the research done by Glenn Twiddle (his team rang 100 new listings and asked the question "Did you list with the agent who sold you your home?"), only 7 out of 100 people said YES!

Since you're in real estate sales, it's a fairly safe bet that follow-up is probably one of the areas that bugs you the most. We all know it's vital to do it, but most of us hate nagging or bugging prospects more than few times if they're not ready to list their home with you now or soon. Yet, if you don't follow up, you invariably WILL lose the deal to another agent who either runs into them when they're ready or just stays in touch when you didn't.

Google My Business How to upload new photos

Google My Business How to upload new photos Improve your Google My Business by adding more images, including Photos of your business and team members can add value to the local listing. http://ift.tt/2mLNEhs Its important that you display images that relate to the business that you operate. Adding stock images found online are not unique and not a true reflection of your business. Think outside the box and create your own unique images of your business and your employees. Adding these images to your Google My Business is very easy to do and will have a benefit for people searching for your business online. Would you be attracted to a business that has multiple well lit and clear images of the business address and services along with helpful employees? OR would you be attracted to the business with 3 images 1 dark and hard to see what it is, another image is the exact same one on a big corporate brands website and still has that brands logo on it. The unique and innovative business listings wins this battle 10 times out of 10. Optimise your business listing for success. www.webmecs.com WEBMECS - Web Marketing Mechanics
